RULES FOR PARENTS
• Parents can meet the correspondent on all working days between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. However, prior appointment will always be appreciated since this reduces unwanted inconveniences for both.
• All the parents are requested not to meet the teacher for any reason during class hours without the permission of correspondent.
• Meetings with the teachers will be arranged by the school after parents discuss such matters with the correspondent.
• From L.K.G. TO III std., parents are allowed to come during lunch periods, take their wards to the verandah and give them lunch. During such time no discussion is to take place regarding any problem with teachers or other students.
• School does not allow any wards to go tuition either inside the school or outside the school hours. Parents need not to be anxious to send their wards to tuition centers. School assures a steady and standard academic development of all students while taking care of their all-round development.
• School insists on regular attendance of the students to ensure steady progress. Unavoidable circumstances for taking leave can be discussed with the school for taking leave can be discussed with the school for classes from L.K.G. to VIII-Stud in advance. If leave exceeds more than three days the parents are to come in person to leave the student in the school along with the leave letter. Medical certificate is insisted for leave for more than 5 working days. For IX to XII STD leave taking is not allowed except with the piror permission and contest of the school.
• Parents are to co-operate with the school for checking the assignment, diaries and sign them after making sure about the completion of work. Incompletion of work by the wards without explanation from the parent will be viewed seriously and the student may be asked to avoid such situation.
• In addition to the mark sheet, periodical assessment of the students and the reports regarding the same will be sent to the parents. They asked to feel free to discuss any problem with the correspondent / principal.
• All the parents are asked to make it convenient to attend all the meetings arranged by the school. In case of unavoidable reasons. Parents are to write to the school regarding their absence on such days.
Parents are asked to encourage their children to participate in all extra-curricular activities and sport activities.
• Parents are requested just to provide proper environment in the home surroundings for their children to study better. It is to be noted clearly that homework does not mean writing alone. Proper supervisors may be provided allotting time for learning as well. Library books reading may be encouraged by the parents.
• All parents should make sure that copy of community certificate is given along with the T.C. of the previous school at the time of admission. If not given so far, it is to be given immediately.
